We believe that Love is the distinctive mark of a Christian disciple.
Love must therefore be the defining attribute of God's church. It is our desire to bring the children to a mature relationship with Christ knowing that our Sunday school children will populate tomorrow's church.
Our vision is to teach the children the three R's - Ruin, Redemption, and Regeneration.
To tell the Children they are ruined by the Fall, and that there is salvation for them only by being redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, and regenerated by the Holy Spirit. Our goal is to help each child discover his God-given gifts to edify the body of Christ
Curriculum
Just as in all of our adult services, we teach the children chapter by chapter, verse by verse. We have curriculum produced by Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa that teaches the children at their level. We are teaching through the New Testament on Sunday mornings and through the Old testament on Wednesday nights.
The curriculum not only teaches verse by verse through the entire bible, but also provides a weekly devotional to re-enforce the lesson learned on Sunday Mornings. This curriculum and the weekly devotional is available for teachers and parents on this site in PDF Format.
